Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. A shipping notification with a tracking number will be sent to your email address as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.
International Shipping
JIENEST ships internationally to select countries. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days, though customs clearance may cause additional delays.
All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. JIENEST is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is emailed to you at the time of shipment. If you do not receive your tracking details within 2–3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the event your order is lost or arrives in damaged condition, contact our support team at support@jienest.shop within 10 days of the expected delivery date. Please have your order number and photographs ready.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
